Professional MBA Corporate Responsibility & Business Ethics (MBA, Berufsbegleitend)

Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics are no longer niche subjects. Today’s managers need a sound knowledge of basic ethics approaches to business in order to build reputation for their companies and themselves. Stakeholders expect managers to be able to show responsibility for company goals and strategies as well as for their business environment and society. The program focuses on business ethics on corporate and economic as well as the manager´s individual level. All relevant new approaches to corporate responsibility and business ethics are included in the three levels of economy: macro, meso, and micro level. The first three modules of the program take a close look at these three levels of Business Ethics: Economic Ethics, Corporate Responsibility & Ethics, Management Ethics. For the fourth module students may choose one module of another topic related program of Danube University Krems; this allows students to strengthen their individual skills and become an expert in their favorite field. The modules will be taught by an international faculty consisting of corporate ethics officers, consultants and leading academics in the field of business ethics. Participants will be provided not only with a strong theoretical and analytical background but also with the possibility to demonstrate the developed skills in specific case studies. Furthermore, a study trip will enable the students to practically engage business ethics and corporate responsibility. After completion of the program, participants will be able to successfully set up and manage the corporate ethics and compliance programs in organizations that recognize that business without ethics is business at risk!

• Mindestalter: 25 Jahre
• Berufserfahrung: mindestens 3 Jahre
